Ms. Charo Santos-Concio, ABS-CBN President, can't contain her sadness in the decision made by Judge Luisito Cortez of Branch 84 of the Quezon City Regional Trial Branch to hand down the TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) filed by ABS-CBN against Willie Revillame's new TV5 show at the end of this month.
The TRO intends to prevent the October 23 airing of Willie's new variety game titled 'Willing Willie'.
According to the ruling released today, October 22, by QC Regional Trial Court Branch 84, ABS-CBN "failed to discharge the burden of proving that there exists an urgent need for the issuance of a TRO to prevent great or irreparable injury that it might suffer."
On her statement at TV Patrol earlier tonight, Ms. Charo airs her side on the decision made by Judge Cortez. She said:
