As vice president and chief technology officer for the Personal Systems Group at HP, Phil McKinney oversees the group�s long-range technical strategy and research and development. He also is the general manager of the group�s gaming business unit, which aligns the gaming business with HP�s research and development organization by providing access to the latest technologies and innovation.

Phil dosn't have to wear a suite and tie every day and hes allowed to play games at work . My guess is Phil has robots doing daily chores around his house.
