Number of accounts: 275. Number of mistakes estimated in February: 45%.
So far, have audited 12 accounts. Six are wrong.
One that is right: two guys next door to each other have the same initials. Both have a foreign name that is not the same otherwise, and reflects origin from different continents. They charged the wrong guy six months' worth of late fees. The poor bastard has been paying all along. The zombies only discovered this one at a time--each one was a new correction on a different date.
Well, they fixed it--I am ROFL right now. Unbelievable!
